Relaxation and Wellness Classes

Relaxation and self-control classes are recommended for all those who wish to work on the course contents (CRAC) to obtain personal benefits, in a free way, without the normal requirements of the same, namely with regard to attendance, daily practice and study of contents.

During the classes, breathing exercises, relaxation, stretching, self-massage, concentration, meditation and personal development are practiced.
